usually how long the menu loading ?

I just deleted my browser history so the website reset and I automatically logged off and it's been 1 hour maybe 50 min and I haven't gotten to the menu yet. And it's the same with mobile version. Please let me know do it usually take that long to load or it's just my internet problem.

The game should definitely not take that long. Are you able to do a speedtest of your internet? www.speedtest.net

Could you take a screenshot of where your game is getting stuck?

I always gets stuck in the first Menu loading but I usually can pass through the first menu loading on windows and on mobile. However, for some reason I can't go pass that in browser.

And I can't install the windows version because a file missing. I don't know how to bring back that file because my antivirus automatically deletes it because it was a "threats". I can't reinstall the game so I can only play the browser version.

I do not have the screenshot at that time but I have this screenshot.

Are you able to try playing the web version in an "incognito" window and see if it loads properly that way?

Hello Robby! good news I can play Eliatopia now after I deleted my browser history again.
And I think the problem is the main menu failed loading because I refresh the web page when it still loading.

Ok, that is good news then! It sounds like perhaps a piece of weird cached data wasn't loading properly or such. Glad to hear that fixed it then.
