BUG OF UPGRADING RUNES IN MY GUNS BY:hazzi

good afternooon sir robby im hazzi and i have a little problem on my acc cause i have 2pcs f1 and i upgrade it to my drill guns and my 1 drill gun got upgraded to f1 and my other drill gun is the problem cause if i upgrade it and restart it the f1 is reset and money so i keep on trying upgrading it and restarting it but it keeps on happening so i think its a bug but i hope you can help me in that and nothing will lose to my items please help me sir robby.

Sir good evening ill tell you the happenings ive got drill guns 2pcs and i have 2 f1 so i manage the 1pc drill gun to upgrade f1 but the other piece of my drill gun once i upgrade it to f1 it will upgrade but if i restart the game it will reset the 1pc of my drill gun got reset it has no f1 i dont think that my drill guns is bug nor my f1 cause i got my f1 in the logon. And the guns i buy it from a player buy its not bug tho cause i used it for like 1-3 months i think so please fixed my problem so i can upgrade it and i hope that nothing happens to my guns please dont take the guns cause i just need those and im pretty sure that it's not bug. Hope you'll fixed this thanks sir
