Very Laggy Areas

Post by qu0lt » Fri Jun 11, 2021 3:35 pm

Area 63 or the one that has many gates seems to lag a lot on low end pcs even when the setting is set to very low.

Ok thanks for the info. Is there anything in particular that you notice is contributing heavily to the lag? Such as specific effects, enemies, etc?

Could probably be from the immense amount of mobs with special affects like electricity(tesla) fire(fernips) and maybe the gates with countdowns.

1. The amount of player that grind there, it seems that this area is one of the best place for grind. 4 or more people always there.
2. There is so much effect in that area, such as spinning flame thrower, poison thrower and close - open gate. It might be one of many reason why that area lagging even for me with mid end computer.
3. Monster spawn and player that kill it immediatly after it spawns. 5 or more monster spawn at the same time every 10 sec, and players kill it immediatly making such kill effect( mage lighting cloud attack) that lagging us alot.

The combination between total player, total monster spawn at the same time, kill effect, and that flame/poison thrower effect in that area is the one i believed making it lagging.

Exactly what he said. Some of the particles being removed helps a little bit, but all of these things lag a lot.
