Another scammer named VB0

I got scammed 42k by a player named VB0 and its super annoying its happened multiple times by different people I'm starting to not trust trade anymore, he even accepted first and the e1 rune I was buying was there then when I accepted it didn't appear in my inventory. Pls watch out for this player and if anyone could refund me that would be great.
