Step 1: Head on down to Teplar Village and enter this building


Step 2: Talk to Pirth and get his quest to find his uncle Partho.


Step 3: Go to area 21 and enter this log cabin. Once inside, walk to the bottom right and you will fall down.


Step 4: Talk to Partho, and he should tell you that Pirth has a little special something for sale.


Step 5: Go back to Pirth, and talk to him. After talking to him, you should be able to buy the smoke bombs and some other items. Make sure to buy a smoke bomb, because you will need it.


Step 6: Go back to Partho, and throw a smoke bomb down. There will be some dialogue and Partho will tell you to go through the sewers.


Step 7: Go to area 25, and run to the top left of the map. You will see a manhole that you can now enter.


Step 8: After entering the sewers, swim to the left, and go under that ledge.


Step 9: Once you leave the sewers from there, travel to the right and you will see the factory. Jump up these barrels on the right side of the factory, and there will be a hole at the top of the ceiling. Enter it, and you will be able to buy the newest armors.
