OK SO THIS PERSON IS LEVEL 1 IN ALION (i see that allot) BUT, THEY HAVE GREEN HAIR. NOW YOU HAVE TO BE LEVEL 5 TO UNLOCK EMERALD ICON SO THERE IS NO POSSIBLE WAY THEY CAN HAVE CUSTOM HAIR AT LEVEL 1... BRO I SEEN ALLOTA CRAZY STUFF IN ELIA BUT I HAVE NEVER SEEN THIS
is this normal now or something???

so i talked to this person and asked and apparently if you don't have the atm pv then it will say open payvault and that is how she did it

ofc there is a bug that lets you open pv when you arent supposed to -_-
