I wonder why i couldn't increase my fps

I just wondering why i had always 30 fps in my phone aughhhhh.

So i used an ACTUAL FPS Display and...........

I used an app that lets show my fps. Also don't mind my ping, its still normal.

Is game capped out of 30 fps???? Then how the heck there's an 60 fps one.
Isn't i had to play on a pc or something?

i dunnno on pc it sometimes does that too one day your getting 20 fps the next 120

Playing on very low will cap your framerate to 30.
