I can post some pictures if needed, but I think the tentacle whip is still visually messed up. It looks like there is an arrow in it, a sword, a bunch of stuff. If you just equip the whip and run around with it and use it for a minute you can see it.

Just on outposts and on web version I believe.

So yeah, here is the bug I reported a while back but with a video this time. Basically, exploding smash / grenade explosions make the mage forcefield get pushed around a LOT.
